This book was published on the occasion of the exhibition The Eternal and the Modern. Felix Tissot at Franz Mayer Museum in Mexico. It features the life and work of Félix Tissot, a French ceramist who lived in Taxco since 1956. He was relevant on the history of design and the course of industrial and artistic ceramics in Mexico.
The book is accompanied by a text by anthropologist Gobi Stromberg, who recounts the cultural environment of Taxco at that time and Tissot's influence on the scene.
